Privacy Policy

The short version

Truvexa collects the details you type into the enquiry form, uses them to reply to your enquiry, and does nothing else with them. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell or share your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Who we are

Truvexa is a website design and maintenance service based in Kolkata, India, operating worldwide. For any privacy question, contact hello@truvexa.com.

What we collect

• Enquiry details — the name, business name, email address, optional phone number, business type, optional budget range and message you submit through the contact form.
• Correspondence — the contents of emails, WhatsApp messages and calls between us, kept so that we have a record of what was agreed.
• Client project data — for clients, the content, images and account details needed to build and maintain the website you have engaged us for.

What we do not collect

This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies and embeds no third-party tracking scripts. The only value stored in your browser is your theme and currency preference, which stays on your device and is never sent anywhere. Web fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which may log the request as part of serving the file.

Why we are allowed to hold it

We process enquiry details because you asked us to reply to you, and client project data because it is necessary to perform the contract you entered into with us. Where local law requires consent instead, submitting the form is that consent, and you may withdraw it at any time by emailing us.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for the life of the engagement and for 6 years afterwards, which is the period we may need them for tax and contractual purposes.

Who else sees it

Only the people who need to in order to deliver your project. We use third-party providers for email delivery, hosting, and payments; each sees only what it needs to perform that function. We never sell your data, and we never pass it to advertisers or data brokers.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we are using it. Email hello@truvexa.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK, EU, or another region with a data protection authority, you also have the right to complain to that authority.

Children

This is a business-to-business service and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page changes with it, and existing clients are told by email.
